3Programs built from scratch
Built into the program.
Enrollment, staffing, care delivery, documentation and billing designed together, around the people and platform you have.
Clinical model
Patient eligibility, care plans and provider workflows developed with your clinical team.
Enrollment and adoption
A clear path from patient enrollment to ongoing service, with responsibilities defined for the team.
Staffing and documentation
Defined roles, recruiting, hiring and onboarding with your team. Documentation standards built around service and time requirements.
Billing and revenue cycle
Billing and claim workflows, with program margin tracked from launch.
Compliance
Applicable requirements built into staff workflows, from documentation to billing.
The tools that run it
Apps, agents, audit tools and staff guides built and maintained around the program’s workflows. Artificial intelligence (AI) supports the work. Findings and recommendations receive human review before delivery.
The programs ran across 4 states and reduced hospitalizations, with providers closely involved in the work.

Prepare for the proposed 2027 rule.
Medicare’s proposed calendar year (CY) 2027 Physician Fee Schedule rule would pay for RPM and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) only when the clinical staff furnishing them are employed by the billing practice, not contracted. The proposed rule would also require a separately reportable initiating visit associated with starting RPM or RTM.
I’ve always encouraged initiating visits and built them into RPM program setup. They establish the patient-provider relationship and give the program a clear start.
