From direct care to the whole system.

I have 10 years in healthcare operations, across Medicare and Medicaid, dual-eligible and home care populations. I started in direct care and care coordination, managing 250+ patient cases in a high-volume Medicaid program.

I built RPM and care management programs from the ground up, managed medical practice operations for a team of about 30, and led multi-state operations inside a national home care company before founding Bohman Group Consulting LLC.

I have consulted as Bohman Group Consulting LLC since 2021, full time since 2026.

I am an operator, not just an advisor. I audit programs and build the fixes, and I build the tools that keep them running.

Why DME matters to me

I spent years seeing home care patients go without the equipment and supplies they needed. That is why building durable medical equipment programs for primary care practices matters to me.
