Tools & AI

Tools built for the work.

I build the tools my clients' teams run on. Each one started as a problem inside a real practice that no off-the-shelf product solved.

The systems I build.

Caliber by BGC

I built an audit tool that reviews de-identified clinical notes before billing. It shows the visit level the documentation supports as written and what would be achievable once documented. It turns findings into provider fix lists, keeps audit history and per-provider goals, and supports one-on-one coaching. Rubrics are managed centrally. The engine refuses notes that contain patient identifiers.

Revenue cycle command center

I turn billers’ monthly reports into one place to run revenue. It tracks KPIs against industry targets, denial queues and owners, timely filing and expiring claims, claims with no payer response, write-offs, payments and checks, aging, payer behavior, coding mix, provider scorecards and credentialing checks. A routing page shows which practice each visit should be booked at based on credentialing and reimbursement.

Telehealth visit guide

I built a role-based guide for schedulers, medical assistants and providers. It covers whether a visit can be done by telehealth, how to book and prepare it, what the provider documents, what happens after and coverage rules. A weekly feedback loop keeps the guide connected to the work.

DME reference tool

I built a searchable durable medical equipment reference for schedulers and medical assistants. It covers what each item needs, measurements, patient preparation and the questions to ask.

How I work with AI.

I use AI the way I use any good tool. It builds and maintains these systems, checks documentation against coding and CMS rules, reconciles billing data, and drafts SOPs and training. Nothing reaches a provider, a claim or a client without my review. Patient information stays out unless the client's data agreements cover it.
