Results

The work, measured.

I build the workflows, revenue cycle and tools behind these results.

Current role: fractional head of operations at a New York telehealth practice. The first three months.

I started in July 2026. These are the practice's own numbers, July against September.

Returning patients: 44% to 61% in three months.

Up from about 13% a year earlier.

Up to 22% more visits per provider hour.

Seen visits per scheduled provider hour, peak month against July.

Up to 18% more revenue per provider hour.

Includes payments still in process for the most recent months.

Level 4 and 5 visits tripled, 10% to 31%.

Visits had been under-documented and undercoded. I changed how they are conducted and documented.

Claims out within 1 day of the visit.

Against a 5-day target.

91% of billed lines paid, under 1% sitting denied, 24 days in A/R

On one payer channel, with nothing over 120 days.

Systems put in place

  • A revenue cycle command center with KPIs set against industry (HFMA and MGMA) targets and a frozen July baseline.
  • Visit confirmation and waitlist processes.
  • Payer-based visit routing so each visit is booked where it is credentialed and pays best.
  • Monthly OIG exclusion screening.
  • A role-based visit preparation guide for schedulers and providers.
  • A behavioral health service line launch.

Earlier: built and led operations inside a national home care company and its medical practice (2018 to 2026).

Practice capacity expanded 150% through workflow redesign while keeping a 4.85 out of 5 patient experience rating.

Revenue collections lifted from about 40% to about 90% by redesigning eligibility, documentation and claims workflows.

1,000+ patients managed across RPM and CCM programs.

About $160K in MCO incentive revenue from a quality improvement program.

Workflows standardized across 14 state operations teams.

Bring the same operational focus to your program.
